About JPXGLOBAL
JPXGLOBAL produces premium physical tags, labels and packaging components for jewelry, apparel, lifestyle and export brands — including QR code tags, NFC smart tags, serialised authentication-ready tags, DPP-ready identifier labels, barcode and variable data labels, jewelry hang tags, apparel tags and labels, and premium packaging components.
No. JPXGLOBAL is a physical tag and label production partner. We produce the physical tag, label or packaging component carrying the QR code, NFC chip or barcode identifier. The DPP software platform, authentication verification system, digital product record and consumer app are managed by the buyer's team or their specialist software partners.
JPXGLOBAL is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India — evolved from Jaipur Printers, a Jaipur-based premium print production company. We produce for B2B clients in India and international markets.
No. JPXGLOBAL works exclusively with B2B buyers — brands, manufacturers, exporters and packaging companies with production requirements.
Request a sample kit to review production quality, or submit a project enquiry to begin the specification discussion. Both are available via the navigation.
Digital Product Passport
A Digital Product Passport is a structured digital record linked to a physical product — carrying information about its materials, origin, care and authenticity. The physical identifier on the product (a QR code, NFC chip or barcode) is the access point for that record.
No. JPXGLOBAL produces the physical tag and label layer. The DPP data record and software platform are managed by the buyer's team or DPP software partner.
Digital Product Passport requirements are being phased in under the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, with textiles and apparel among priority sectors. Timelines are subject to the ongoing EU regulatory process. JPXGLOBAL does not provide regulatory compliance advice.
Not necessarily. Physical tag production and DPP software setup can progress in parallel. What is needed before production begins is a confirmed identifier format and data structure from the DPP software partner.
QR Code Tags
A static QR tag carries the same QR code on every unit. A variable QR tag carries a unique QR code on every unit, individually printed from a buyer-provided data file. Variable QR is required for DPP-ready identification and authentication-ready serialisation.
Branded QR codes using brand colours are possible but must be tested for scan performance. Any design modification reduces the error-correction margin. JPXGLOBAL recommends scan testing on a physical sample before full production.
No. JPXGLOBAL prints the physical QR code. The destination the QR links to is created and managed by the buyer's team or software partner.
Typically 1.5–2cm square as a starting point, though the optimal minimum depends on QR content density, substrate and scanning context. Confirmed during specification for each project.
NFC Smart Tags
Most modern iOS and Android smartphones support NFC reading, but exact behaviour can vary by device model, operating system version and settings. For maximum accessibility, many brands choose NFC + QR combined tags.
JPXGLOBAL supports the physical NFC tag production and chip encoding as per the URL or identifier data provided by the buyer's team or software partner. The digital destination is managed by the buyer.
Common chip types include NTAG213, NTAG215 and NTAG216. Chip type is confirmed during specification based on availability, memory requirement and use case.
NFC tags with individually encoded unique identifiers can support authentication workflows when linked to an authentication registry managed by the buyer's team or specialist partner.
Authentication-Ready Tags
No. JPXGLOBAL produces the physical serialised tag or label carrying a unique identifier. The authentication database, verification system and decision logic are managed by the buyer's team or a specialist authentication software partner.
No. A physical tag is the identifier layer. The strength of an authentication workflow depends on the security architecture of the verification system behind it. JPXGLOBAL produces the physical tag; the system architecture is the buyer's responsibility.
Simple sequential ranges can be generated as part of the production setup. System-generated identifiers from the buyer's authentication software are provided as a data file before production begins.
Barcode & Variable Data Labels
CSV or Excel (.xlsx) with one row per unit and one column per variable field. Structure confirmed with our team during the specification discussion.
For simple sequential serialisation (defined start, end and format), JPXGLOBAL can generate the sequence. For system-generated identifiers, the buyer's team provides the data file.
No. JPXGLOBAL does not issue GS1 numbers or manage GS1 registration. The buyer is responsible for GS1 prefix registration.
Jewelry & Apparel Tags
Yes. Custom die-cut shapes are available — round, arch, oval and fully bespoke dielines. Dieline produced during specification and approved before production.
Yes. Foil stamping and blind embossing can be applied to the same tag — in combination or in separate areas.
No. The NFC chip is embedded within the tag body and is not visible on the surface.
Yes. Export-format hang tags in the dimensions and information layout required by international retail buyers are part of our standard production range.
Sample Kit
The sample kit is a B2B evaluation resource. Availability is subject to project fit and destination — assessed on submission of the sample kit request form.
The sample kit is designed for B2B buyers — brands, manufacturers, exporters and packaging companies — with an active or planned production requirement.
Dispatch timeline is confirmed after requirement review and depends on destination and kit contents. We do not publish a fixed dispatch timeline.
Contents may include premium hang tag samples, NFC smart tag demo, QR code demo tag, serialised label sample and print finish swatches — assembled based on your stated project requirement.
Project Enquiry & Contact
Use the project enquiry form at /contact/, or request a sample kit at /sample-kit/. WhatsApp and email contact details are on the Contact page.
Our team will respond after reviewing your requirement. Response timing depends on enquiry complexity and completeness.
Minimum quantities depend on format, finishing and whether smart features or variable data are included. There is no single MOQ that applies across all products.
