Smart Tag Production Capabilities
QR Code Printing
Standard QR, variable QR and branded QR code printing. Static or variable per unit from data file. For suitable projects, scan-readability checks can be included. JPXGLOBAL prints the QR code; destination is provided and managed by the buyer.
NFC Chip Embedding & Encoding
NFC chips embedded within hang tags, labels, cards and inserts. Chip encoding as per URL or identifier data provided by buyer's team. Common chip types: NTAG213, NTAG215, NTAG216 — confirmed during specification. JPXGLOBAL does not manage the digital destination.
Serialised Barcode Printing
1D barcodes (Code 128, EAN-13, EAN-8, ITF-14, Code 39) and 2D codes (QR, DataMatrix) printed from buyer-provided data files. GS1-formatted barcodes available where buyer provides GS1-structured data. JPXGLOBAL does not issue GS1 numbers.
Variable Data Printing
Each tag or label individually printed with unique data — serial numbers, unique QR codes, SKU identifiers, batch numbers — from a buyer-provided CSV or Excel data file. Available across all physical formats and finishing options.
Sampling and Specification Support
For suitable projects, a physical sample can be produced before full production begins. Sampling is recommended for new formats, smart tag projects, variable data projects and premium finishing.
For smart tag projects, the sample includes the QR or NFC function so you can assess both physical quality and smart feature function before committing to production. CAD dielines are produced for custom-shape projects during specification.
